Following heart ache and a breakup, Gwen’s fixation on her ex has driven her to believe that his one and only intention was to strip her of all she was and to eat her alive. She invites her friend Carys over for dinner, who is also his new lover. What happens next is a concoction of warped perceptions, mind games and a desperate attempt to regain control of ones own life. But who can they trust?
